Donation Requests
We receive a heavy amount of requests and feel this form is the best way to stay organized. We are committed to supporting our local communities and charities and welcome the opportunity to learn about your needs. Please note we do not donate single bottles. We do, however, donate experiences for live auctions. To date, CWS has raised over $100k for various charities via our Cocktail Tasting Dinners.
