Donation Requests

We receive a heavy amount of requests and feel this form is the best way to stay organized. We are committed to supporting our local communities and charities and welcome the opportunity to learn about your needs. Please note we do not donate single bottles. We do however donate experiences for live auctions. In 2019, CWS helped raise over $40k for various charities.
